The Strawberry Moon is coming up on June 29th, and this is a beautiful time to pause, give thanks, and realign yourself for the rest of the year.
Even if you miss the exact day, do not worry. Full moon energy can usually be felt a couple of days before and a couple of days after the peak. So you have time to work with this energy.
The Strawberry Moon is to occur in the USA on June 29th around 7:56pm. Please check your own location because the time may be different depending on where you live.
The Strawberry Moon is a full moon, and full moons are powerful times for reflection, release, gratitude, and manifestation. But this moon, in particular, feels like a moment to stop and look at what has already grown in your life.
We are now halfway through the year. This is the time to ask yourself:
This is not the time to beat yourself up over what did not happen. This is not the time to sit in regret or disappointment. This is the time to be honest with yourself, but also gentle with yourself.
Maybe you started something new this year. Maybe you received a blessing. Maybe you made progress in your healing, or simply found the strength to keep going.
The energy of this Strawberry Moon is about gratitude.
Take a moment and say:
Sometimes we are so focused on what we still want that we forget to honor what we already have. But gratitude opens the door for more blessings.
This moon is asking you to notice what has already manifested, even if it is small.
Now listen, I am not saying you cannot manifest during this moon. If you are already doing a 369 method, affirmations, candle work, or another manifestation practice, keep going.
Do not stop.
But I would not use this moon to start something brand new. Instead, use it to give thanks, release, and get clear on what you want to continue building.
Here are a few simple things you can do:
Write down three blessings or manifestations that have happened since January. They can be big or small. Maybe you paid your bills. Maybe you started working on a goal. Maybe you simply feel stronger than you did before.
Then take that paper outside, or sit near a window, and read it out loud. Thank God and the Universe for what has already been given to you.
Next, write down anything you are ready to release. This could be fear, doubt, unrealistic goals, old energy, negative self-talk, or anything that no longer feels aligned with your life.
You can rip the paper, shred it, or safely burn it if that is part of your practice. As you do it, say:
This is no longer part of my life. I release it and let it go.
Then write down one goal you want to focus on for the rest of the year. Keep it realistic. Keep it clear. Read it often, visualize it, and take action toward it.
Sometimes growth means pivoting. Sometimes growth means admitting that something you wanted in January may not be what you truly want now.
That is okay.
You are allowed to change. You are allowed to grow. You are allowed to release what no longer fits.
God and Universe, thank you for everything I have already received. Thank you for the strength, the wisdom, the protection, and the blessings in my life. I release what no longer serves me. I let go of fear, doubt, and anything that is not aligned with my highest good. I am grateful for what has manifested, and I thank you in advance for the blessings still on the way.
The Strawberry Moon is a beautiful reminder that you have already made it through half the year. You are still here. You are still growing.
Much love to you all,
Eyvette
