Stop Negative Thoughts While Manifesting
Stop Negative Thoughts While Manifesting
Negative thinking is one of the biggest things that can interfere with manifestation.
A lot of people think manifestation is only about saying affirmations, scripting, visualizing, or doing a ritual. But manifestation is also about what you keep believing inside. If you are doing all the right techniques but constantly thinking, this won’t work, nothing ever changes, I always fail, then those thoughts can work against what you are trying to create.
Now, let me say this first. Everyone has negative thoughts. That is normal. You are not doing anything wrong just because a negative thought pops into your mind. The issue is not one random thought. The issue is when that thought keeps repeating until it becomes your belief.
That is when it starts affecting your energy, your focus, and what you expect from life.
Why Negative Thoughts Matter
Negative thoughts usually come from fear, old experiences, disappointment, or past programming. Maybe things did not work out before. Maybe you were criticized, rejected, hurt, or made to believe that life is always a struggle. Those beliefs do not disappear overnight.
So if you notice negative thoughts while manifesting, do not attack yourself for it. Just become aware of it.
Ask yourself:
Awareness is the first step. You cannot change what you do not notice.
Catch the Thought Early
The goal is to catch the negative thought before it grows.
The moment you notice yourself thinking something like:
stop and pause.
Do not panic. Do not think you ruined your manifestation. Just stop and say:
That is fear.
That is old thinking.
That is not my truth.
Sometimes just naming the thought takes away some of its power.
Do Not Entertain Every Thought
A simple way to look at this is to think of negative thoughts as a stranger knocking at the door.
Just because something knocks does not mean you have to let it in.
Fear may knock.
Doubt may knock.
Overthinking may knock.
Old beliefs may knock.
But you do not have to open the door and invite them to stay.
You can say:
I see you, but I’m not feeding this today.
You may be here, but you are not in control.
This thought does not live here anymore.
That is how you start separating yourself from the thought instead of becoming the thought.
Replace the Thought With Something Better
Once you catch the negative thought, replace it with something that supports the life you are trying to build.
For example:
Instead of:
This is never going to happen
Try:
What is meant for me is unfolding in the right way
Instead of:
I always fail
Try:
I am learning, growing, and moving forward
Instead of:
Nothing works out for me
Try:
Things can turn around for me at any time
Instead of:
I’m not chosen
Try:
What is for me will find me
This does not mean pretending everything is perfect. It means you are choosing not to keep feeding the old story.
Shift Your Energy
Sometimes you cannot just sit there and think your way out of negativity. Sometimes you need to shift your energy.
When you feel yourself spiraling, do something that helps you feel calmer, lighter, or more grounded.
You can:
The point is to stop feeding the negative thought and reconnect with yourself.
Your Vibration Matters
One random negative thought is not stronger than your overall energy.
What matters is what you keep returning to.
If you keep returning to fear, doubt, frustration, and worry, that becomes your dominant state. But if you keep returning to trust, peace, gratitude, and intention, that energy becomes stronger over time.
So when negative thinking shows up, do not stay there too long.
Catch it.
Shift it.
Move your energy.
Trust the Process
A lot of negative thinking comes from trying to control everything.
You may be trying to control when it happens, how it happens, who it comes through, or what it has to look like. And when things do not happen on your timeline, fear creeps in.
But sometimes what feels like a delay is actually redirection. Sometimes what falls apart was not right for you. Sometimes something better is trying to come together.
So remind yourself:
I do not need to control everything.
I trust the process.
What is for me will not miss me.
That kind of thinking helps you relax and stay open.
Final Thoughts
If you want to stop negative thoughts while manifesting, start by becoming more aware of what you are feeding in your mind.
You do not have to be perfect. You do not have to never have a negative thought again. You just have to stop giving those thoughts so much power.
Catch the thought early.
Do not entertain it.
Replace it with something better.
Shift your energy.
Return to your intention.
Manifestation is not about being flawless. It is about being intentional.
And the more you practice this, the easier it becomes to stay aligned with what you truly want.

7-Day Astrological New Year Manifestation Ritual
A 7-Day Manifestation Practice
There’s a powerful shift that happens every year that many people overlook—the astrological new year. Unlike January 1st, this new beginning aligns with the spring equinox, a time when day and night are perfectly balanced. It also marks the start of Aries season, the first sign of the zodiac, symbolizing initiation, action, and new energy.
If you’ve been feeling the urge to start fresh, set new intentions, or shift your life in a meaningful way, this is the time to do it.
Let’s get into a simple yet powerful 7-day practice to align your mindset and begin manifesting what you truly want.
Why This Time Matters
The spring season represents renewal. Everything in nature begins again—flowers bloom, energy rises, and movement returns. The astrological new year carries that same energy for you.
It’s a moment to:
Many people in metaphysical and spiritual practices consider this the real new year because it reflects natural cycles of growth and rebirth .
The 7-Day “Write & Read” Manifestation Method
This practice is simple, but consistency is what makes it powerful.
What You’ll Need:
Step 1: Get Clear on What You Want
Choose no more than 1–3 desires.
Examples:
Keep it focused. Less is more.
Step 2: Write It as Already Done
Write your desires in a way that assumes they’ve already happened.
Examples:
You can start with:
Step 3: Write It 7 Times
Write your intention seven times on the paper.
If you have multiple desires, write them all out—and repeat the entire set seven times.
The number seven carries symbolic energy tied to completion, alignment, and spiritual focus.
Step 4: Visualize
Hold the paper in your hands and see it happening.
Don’t just think about it—experience it:
This step helps impress the desire into your subconscious.
Step 5: Sleep with It
Place the paper under your pillow before going to sleep.
This allows the intention to settle deeper into your subconscious mind.
Step 6: Repeat for 7 Nights (Total)
Each night:
This repetition builds belief and internal alignment.
Step 7: The 8th Day – Release It
On the eighth day, choose one of the following:
Option 1: Bury It
Place the paper in the ground like you’re planting a seed.
Option 2: Keep It Visible
Put it on your altar, mirror, or somewhere you’ll see often.
Option 3: Burn It
Release it to the universe through fire.
The intention here is letting go—trusting that it’s already in motion.
What Happens Next?
After this, your role shifts.
You:
Manifestation is not passive. You still move:
This is where energy meets action.
Final Thought
This practice isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency, intention, and belief.
You are planting a seed during one of the most energetically aligned times of the year. Once planted, you don’t dig it up every day to check it. You trust it will grow.
Do the work. Set the intention. Then release it.
Your next chapter has already begun.
Happy manifesting- Eyvette
The Astrological New Year Is Here: Meaning of the Spring Equinox 2026
The Spring Equinox on March 20, 2026 (10:46 A.M. EDT) marks the beginning of the Astrological New Year, as the Sun enters Aries and initiates a powerful new energetic cycle. This sacred turning point represents renewal, rebirth, and a fiery fresh start across the zodiac.
Spiritually, this is a time for balance, intention setting, and conscious action. As winter energy fades and spring awakens the earth, you are being invited to plant new seeds for your life and step boldly into your next chapter.
What the Spring Equinox Means Spiritually
The equinox is the moment of equal day and night, symbolizing the importance of balance within your own life. It reminds us to harmonize action with reflection, courage with wisdom, and outward movement with inner peace.
This seasonal shift encourages you to release the stillness and contemplation of winter and move toward growth, expansion, and purposeful change.
Why This Is Called the Astrological New Year
The Astrological New Year begins when the Sun enters Aries, the first sign of the zodiac. This marks the true energetic beginning of a new cycle.
Aries energy supports:
initiation
boldness
motivation
passion
forward movement
It is the energy that says: begin again, take action, and trust your inner fire.
Maximum Yang Energy and the Call to Act
During the Spring Equinox, Yang energy rises to its peak. Yang represents action, courage, visibility, ambition, and momentum. This is not a passive season. It is a time to stop delaying your dreams and start moving toward them with intention and confidence.
Renewal, Rebirth, and Personal Transformation
Spring is nature’s season of rebirth. Spiritually, this is your opportunity to shed outdated patterns, release emotional heaviness, and welcome a fresh start.
You are being called to awaken something new within yourself. This is a powerful doorway into personal transformation and a chance to realign with your purpose.
The Influence of the Year of the Horse in 2026
In 2026, the Astrological New Year unfolds within the energy of the Year of the Horse, specifically the Fire Horse. This brings an additional layer of dynamic, passionate, and forward-moving energy.
The Horse symbolizes:
independence
courage
determination
movement and progress
personal freedom
Combined with Aries energy, this year strongly supports taking bold steps toward long-term change. However, the Fire Horse also encourages steady, intentional effort rather than impulsive action. This is a year for building lasting transformation, not temporary motivation.
How to Change Your Life During This Powerful Time
Set Clear Intentions and Goals
Write down what you want to cultivate over the next twelve months. Be specific about the life you are ready to create, especially in areas of personal growth, courage, purpose, and success.
Declutter and Cleanse Your Environment
Physically clean your home and workspace to release stagnant winter energy. A clear space supports a clear mind and prepares you to receive new opportunities.
Take Bold, Conscious Action
Aries energy encourages you to step outside your comfort zone. Begin something you have been postponing. Take the first real step toward a dream that matters to you.
Simple Spiritual Rituals for the Spring Equinox
Plant seeds, either literally in the earth or symbolically through new goals and projects
Spend time in sunlight and reconnect with nature
Create a spring altar using flowers, herbs, candles, and bright colors
Journal about what you are releasing and what you are calling into your life
Do one courageous action that aligns with your future vision
Key Energy Theme for 2026
The Aries Equinox of 2026 supports sustainable, meaningful change. This is not just about fast excitement or short bursts of motivation. Instead, the energy encourages consistency, discipline, and intentional growth.
This is a year to build something real — emotionally, spiritually, and practically.
Final Spiritual Message
The Spring Equinox is a sacred energetic reset. March 20, 2026 represents a powerful moment to align with balance, courage, renewal, and new beginnings.
What you plant during this season can grow and unfold throughout the entire year.
This is your invitation to begin again — consciously, boldly, and with faith in what is possible.
Lunar Year of the Horse: What It Means for You
“On February 17th, a rare Fire Horse year begins — a cycle blending courage, momentum, and transformative spirit. In Chinese astrology this is not an ordinary year; it’s one of bold movement, fiery intuition, and energetic acceleration — calling you not only to dream, but to do.” Eyvette
The Lunar Year of the Horse is Here!
The Lunar Year of the Horse is now here, and with it comes a powerful energetic shift. This is not a quiet cycle. This is movement. Momentum. Fire. Independence.
We have transitioned out of the Year of the Snake — a year centered on transformation, shedding, inner reflection, and deep personal truth. The Snake required us to look within. To release old skins. To confront patterns that no longer served us. To examine our habits, fears, attachments, and limitations.
The question now becomes:
What did you release?
And more importantly — what are you ready to build?
From Shedding to Striding Forward
The Snake represents transformation. It sheds its skin in order to grow.
Now, the Horse enters. And the Horse does not crawl.
The Horse moves.
This new lunar cycle shifts us from inner processing to outward action. From reflection to momentum. From planning to execution.
The energy now supports:
Independence
Bold decision-making
Confidence
Speed and stamina
Personal power
Spiritual alignment in motion
The Horse carries fire energy — motivation, drive, passion. It is dynamic, expressive, and forward-focused.
But fire must be directed wisely.
The Power — and Responsibility — of Horse Energy
When we think of a horse, we think of strength and freedom. But we must also think of control and awareness.
This year encourages bold movement, but not reckless action.
There is a difference between:
Inspired action
Impulsive reaction
The Horse supports courageous steps — starting a business, investing wisely, seeking a promotion, going back to school, launching a creative project.
But it does not support chaos.
Move swiftly — but move consciously.
If you feel the surge of energy pushing you forward, pause long enough to ensure your decisions align with your long-term vision. Passion without planning burns out quickly. Directed fire builds empires.
Manifestation Requires Motion
This year amplifies manifestation — but not the kind that waits.
There is no “sit back and hope.”
There is no “wish and wait.”
The Horse responds to action.
If you desire:
A new relationship — release past emotional baggage and adjust your standards.
Financial growth — change spending habits and build consistent savings.
A promotion — develop new skills and position yourself strategically.
A business — start small, build steadily, refine consistently.
Energy meets effort.
The Horse is symbolic of personal momentum. It asks:
What are you willing to do differently?
If nothing changes, nothing happens.
This is the year to stop repeating cycles and start redirecting them.
Independence and the Energy of “One”
Numerologically, this cycle carries strong “number one” energy — independence, leadership, initiation, originality.
This is not a year to hide behind fear or wait for permission.
It is a year to:
Stand on your own vision.
Make self-led decisions.
Trust your intuition.
Claim your path.
The Horse is deeply intuitive. It senses shifts before they happen. It responds to subtle changes in energy.
So should you.
If an idea keeps returning to you — year after year — pay attention. Persistent desires are rarely random. They often point toward your authentic path.
Even if you try something and later decide it is not for you, at least you moved. At least you tested your edge. Regret often comes not from failure, but from inaction.
What Must Be Released Now
Before you fully ride into this new cycle, ask yourself:
What is still holding me back?
Is it:
Fear?
Doubt?
Procrastination?
Negative self-talk?
Attachment to past disappointment?
Comfort in familiarity?
Overthinking?
The Horse cannot carry unnecessary weight.
You must release what slows you down.
The old version of you — the hesitant, doubtful, smaller version — does not get to lead in this season.
This year calls forward the confident, decisive, powerful self.
Living While Building
Forward momentum does not mean burnout.
You are still meant to live. To travel. To rest. To enjoy beauty. To nourish relationships. To laugh.
The key is balance:
Build your dreams.
Invest in your future.
Take strategic risks.
And still experience life fully.
The Horse represents freedom — not pressure.
How to Align With This Year’s Energy
To consciously work with this cycle:
Clarify your primary goal for the year. One main focus.
Create a written action plan.
Take consistent weekly steps.
Review and adjust monthly.
Eliminate one habit that drains your energy.
Add one habit that strengthens your discipline.
Think in momentum.
Think in progress, not perfection.
The Shift Has Already Begun
The Lunar Year of the Horse is not subtle.
You may already feel:
Restlessness
Desire for change
Urgency to move
Motivation returning
A refusal to stay stuck
That is the shift.
Instead of resisting it, harness it.
Imagine yourself moving with confidence — decisive, strong, spiritually aligned, clear in direction.
That is the energy available to you now.
Final Thought
You are not meant to remain where you were.
The shedding has happened.
The reflection has happened.
Now comes the ride.
Step forward boldly.
Move with intention.
Act with confidence.
Build with discipline.
The Horse runs with power — and so do you.

Manifestation Symbols Used on Candles | What They Mean
Carve Your Intent In The Candle for Manifestation
Candle carving is one of the simplest ways to turn intention into something physical. When you carve a candle, you’re not just preparing it—you’re actively programming it for manifestation.
You don’t need to be advanced or follow strict rules. What matters most is clarity, focus, and meaning behind every mark you make.
Why Carving Matters in Manifestation Work
Manifestation isn’t only mental. It becomes stronger when intention moves through the body and into the physical world.
Carving does exactly that.
The act of carving slows you down. It forces focus. It takes a desire out of your head and anchors it into wax, which will later melt and release that intention through flame.
Think of carving as giving your manifestation a form.
What to Carve in Your Candle
1. Your Name or the Target Name
Start with the energetic anchor.
If the manifestation is for you, carve your full name or first name.
If it’s for another person or situation, carve the name connected to it.
Names create direction. They tell the candle exactly who or what the work is for.
2. A Clear Manifestation Statement
Instead of carving long sentences, use short, direct phrases written as if the desire already exists.
Examples:
I am financially secure
My business is successful
I am chosen and valued
Keep it simple. Clarity is more powerful than complexity.
3. Symbols That Match the Desire
Symbols communicate faster than words. Choose one or two that truly match your goal.
Examples:
Hearts for love or connection
Keys for new opportunities
Arrows for movement or progress
Spirals for growth
Coins or numbers for money
These work beautifully because the meaning is instantly understood—by you and energetically.
4. Numbers That Hold Meaning
Numbers can strengthen focus.
You might carve:
(No image needed here — keep it simple)
3 – Manifestation, creativity
7 – Spiritual alignment
8 – Abundance, infinity, money flow
11 / 111 – New beginnings, intention amplified
Your personal lucky number or birthdate
Numbers act like energetic coordinates.
Runes for Manifestation
Fehu (ᚠ) – Manifesting abundance, money, prosperity
Gebo (ᚷ) – Love, partnerships, balanced exchange
Sowilo (ᛋ) – Success, confidence, victory, personal power
Berkano (ᛒ) – New beginnings, growth, fertility, fresh starts
Algiz (ᛉ) – Protection, spiritual support, safety
You only need one rune per candle. More than that is optional, not required.
Planetary & Moon Symbols
Moon (☽) – Manifesting emotional healing, intuition, inner peace
Sun (☉) – Confidence, success, visibility, vitality
Venus (♀) – Love, attraction, beauty, harmony
Jupiter (♃) – Expansion, abundance, luck, opportunities
Mercury (☿) – Communication, clarity, business, contracts
These are great when you want to align your manifestation with a specific energy.
How to Carve Your Candle
Create a Focused Moment
Before carving, pause. Take a breath. Decide exactly what you’re calling in.
Carving while distracted weakens the work.
This is a moment of intention, not preparation.
Carve With Direction
Many people find it helpful to:
Carve toward themselves for attraction and growth
Carve away from themselves for release or removal
This isn’t mandatory—but it can help your body reinforce the intention.
Carve Deep Enough to Last
Your markings should be visible and intentional, not surface scratches.
Go over each line slowly. Let the pressure of your hand match the seriousness of the intention.
Stay Present While Carving
As you carve, mentally repeat your manifestation.
Visualize it as real.
Feel how life changes once it arrives.
This is where the candle becomes charged.
After the Carving Is Done
Once carved, you can anoint the candle with oil or simply hold it for a moment and focus on gratitude, as if the manifestation is already complete.
When you light the candle, release attachment. The flame does the work from there.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
Overloading the candle with too many symbols
Carving without a clear intention
Rushing through the process
Copying symbols that don’t resonate
Manifestation responds to clarity, not effort.
Final Thought
You don’t need perfect symbols.
You need honest ones.
Every mark you carve is a decision.
Every line is a message.
When intention, focus, and action meet—even in something as simple as wax and flame—manifestation has a clear path to follow.

A Simple Money Ritual That Keeps Abundance Flowing
Simple Money Ritual
Hi everyone, this is Eyvette from My World of Metaphysics, and today I want to share one of my favorite simple money practices—something you can do immediately and continue for the rest of your life.
This is about what you say when you touch your money.
Whether you’re spending money, donating it, giving it to someone, or simply organizing your wallet or purse, every interaction you have with money carries energy. And that energy matters.
This is something I truly believe everyone should know, because it helps money circulate back to you—and often with more attached to it.
Why This Works
Money is energy.
Energy responds to intention.
When you bless what you already have and release it with gratitude, you’re telling the universe, “I trust the flow.” And when you trust the flow, abundance responds.
This isn’t about forcing, begging, or obsessing.
It’s about expectation.
What You’ll Need
Nothing complicated.
Just money.
It could be:
A $20 bill
A $5 bill
A $1 bill
Coins
Your debit or credit card
This practice is about setting intention, not the amount.
Choose One Statement That Feels Right to You
You do not need to say all of these.
Choose one that resonates with you—one that feels natural and good.
Here are some examples you can use when touching your money:
“As I touch this money, I send it out knowing it returns to me multiplied, for the good of all involved.”
“I bless this money as it goes out and returns to me in expected and unexpected ways.”
“Money flows to me easily and always returns to me multiplied.”
“Thank you for circulating through my life and always coming back to me with more.”
“I release you freely, knowing you always return to me increased.”
“Money knows my address and always finds its way back to me.”
“As I give, I receive. Money flows back to me multiplied, blessing me and others.”
Keep it simple.
This is about feeling, not perfection.
When to Say It
You can do this:
When paying for something
When donating money
When giving money to family
When organizing your wallet or purse
When checking your bank cards
You can say it out loud if you’re alone, or silently if you’re out in public.
Either way, the intention still works.
One Important Reminder About Money
Money must circulate.
You cannot hold on tightly, fearfully, and expect it to grow. If money doesn’t circulate through you, the universe will make sure it circulates through someone else.
So enjoy it.
Use it.
Bless it as it moves.
Because you created the ability to have it.
Watch Your Inner Dialogue
When spending money, avoid thoughts like:
“Now I won’t have enough.”
“This is my last bit of money.”
Instead, shift to something like:
“Thank you, Universe, for allowing me the ability to do this.”
That shift alone changes everything.
There’s no forcing here.
No begging.
Just calm expectation.
And expectation is powerful.
Final Thoughts
This is a simple money ritual—but it truly works when used consistently. I use it all the time, and it keeps me aligned with abundance, trust, and flow.
Always remember:
What you send out with gratitude returns multiplied.
Much love,
Eyvette

17-Second Money Manifestation Ritual
17-Second Money Manifestion Ritual That Actually Works
If you’ve ever felt like money manifestation techniques sound good but don’t really stick, this one is different. This is a simple, repeatable 17-second money manifestation trick that works with your subconscious mind instead of fighting it.
This isn’t about forcing money, obsessing, or stressing. It’s about alignment.
And the best part?
It takes less than 2 minutes a day.
Why 17 Seconds Matters
Seventeen seconds is powerful because it’s long enough to lock your attention onto a single thought.
According to Law of Attraction teachings, when you hold one focused thought for 17 seconds, you activate your subconscious mind. When you repeat that focus four times (68 seconds total), momentum begins to build.
This isn’t magic—it’s mental conditioning.
Your subconscious mind responds to:
Images
Emotions
Repetition
Not logic.
Not effort.
Not struggle.
The Biggest Money Block Most People Don’t Notice
Most people say they want money, but emotionally they’re focused on:
Not having enough
Bills
Stress
Fear
Past financial disappointment
Your subconscious doesn’t hear words—it feels vibration.
This 17-second trick retrains your mind to see abundance as normal, not rare.
The 17-Second Money Manifest Trick (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Get Comfortable and Quiet
Choose a moment where you won’t be rushed:
Morning in bed
In the shower
Before sleep
Looking in the mirror
Fresh, relaxed states work best.
Step 2: Create a 17-Second “Money Scene”
This is your mind movie.
For 17 seconds, imagine yourself receiving money:
Someone congratulating you
Opening mail and seeing a check
Checking your bank account and smiling
Being told “Congratulations”
You don’t need to know how the money comes.
Leave that to the universe.
Just focus on receiving.
Step 3: Feel the Emotion
This part is critical.
Feel:
Relief
Gratitude
Happiness
Calm confidence
Make sure everyone in the scene feels good, including you.
Money that comes with peace stays longer.
Step 4: Repeat 4 Times (68 Seconds Total)
Repeat the same 17-second scene four times.
That’s it.
No affirmations needed unless you want them.
Step 5: Say Thank You
When you’re done, say something that feels natural:
“Thank you, God”
“Thank you, Universe”
“Thank you, Higher Self”
This seals the energy without force.
Step 6: Let It Go and Live Your Life
This is where most people mess up.
You do not chase money.
You move with life.
If you feel inspired to:
Play the lottery
Go out with friends
Apply for something
Say yes to an opportunity
Follow that nudge—but without desperation.
How Often Should You Do This?
As often as you like.
Many people do it:
Daily in the shower
Every morning
Before sleep
Even when money starts coming in, keep seeing yourself as prosperous.
This isn’t about one check—it’s about a financial identity shift.
Why This Works Long-Term
Money responds to:
Attention
Belief
Emotion
When you consistently focus on abundance, your subconscious learns:
Not struggle.
Not survival.
Not waiting.
Final Thought
You’re not worshiping money.
You’re not forcing outcomes.
You’re simply aligning with abundance—and alignment always attracts.
Do this daily, stay relaxed, and watch how money begins finding you in unexpected ways.
Much love to you 🤍
Blow Cinnamon at Your Door to Bless the 2026 New Year
2026 New Year Ritual
The beginning of a new year is one of the most powerful energetic reset points we have. While this ritual is often done on the first day of the month, it can be performed anytime during the first month of the year—and it is especially meaningful when done during the first week, when intentions for the year are still fresh.
This cinnamon ritual is designed to bless your home, your space, and your life for the entire year, setting the tone for abundance, prosperity, happiness, and unexpected opportunities.
Why Cinnamon?
Cinnamon has long been associated with:
Abundance
Prosperity
Success
Protection
Fast-moving energy
When paired with clear intention, cinnamon becomes a powerful symbolic tool for aligning your space with what you wish to receive.
What You’ll Need
Ground cinnamon (any kind you already have — organic or regular is fine)
About one teaspoon
A quiet moment to focus your intention
That’s it. No special tools required.
Which Door Should You Use?
Use the door that represents your personal living space:
The front door of your home or apartment
Your bedroom door if you’re renting a room
Even the door to your car if that is currently your living space
Wherever you feel protected and at home — that is the correct door.
Which Hand Should You Use?
People often ask whether to use the right or left hand.
The right hand is traditionally the giving hand
The left hand is traditionally the receiving hand
Because this ritual involves both sending intention and receiving abundance, use whichever hand feels most natural to you. There is no wrong choice.
How to Perform the New Year Cinnamon Ritual
Open your door and stand facing into your space.
Place about one teaspoon of cinnamon in your palm.
Take a moment to ground yourself.
Speak your intention (out loud or silently).
You may say something like:
Blow the cinnamon into your home.
You don’t need to use these exact words — what matters most is that your intention comes from the heart.
After the Ritual: Should You Clean It Up?
Ideally, leave the cinnamon undisturbed for at least 24 hours.
If it lands on a rug or entryway, it can stay there naturally until your next regular cleaning.
If you prefer to clean it up, simply wait a day and do so mindfully.
You’re using such a small amount that it’s usually barely noticeable.
Optional Bonus: Create a Path of Prosperity
For an added layer of intention:
Step outside your door.
Turn around and face your entrance.
Sprinkle a small amount of cinnamon leading up to your door — either down the center or along the sides.
This symbolizes abundance finding its way to you, creating a clear energetic path into your life and home for the year ahead.
Bonus Ritual: Wash Your Hands in Cinnamon
This is a beautiful way to anchor abundance into your personal energy.
Wet your hands.
Sprinkle a small pinch of cinnamon into your palms.
Rub your hands together as if washing them.
Say:
Rinse your hands and pat them dry.
The scent of cinnamon lingers, reinforcing the intention.
A Final Note on Abundance
Abundance doesn’t arrive in just one form. It may show up as:
New opportunities
Financial relief
Love and support
Peace of mind
Unexpected help or timing
Stay open. Expect good things.

Hi everyone, this is Eyvette from My World of Metaphysics, and welcome back to another spiritual lesson.
Today we’re talking about something very simple, very powerful, and very real—what you say every morning and how it directly affects what shows up in your life.
This practice is especially for those of you who feel stuck, blocked, or like nothing is manifesting no matter how hard you try. The best part?
You don’t need tools.
You don’t need money.
You don’t need candles, crystals, or rituals (though I love them too 😉).
All you need is your mind and your mouth.
Why Your Morning Words Matter
The moment you wake up, your mind is open, receptive, and impressionable. Whatever you feed it first becomes the tone for your entire day—and often your week.
If you wake up worried, stressed, fearful, or already defeated, that energy goes out ahead of you. And what you send out is what responds back.
But when you wake up grateful, intentional, and expectant, something shifts.
You are no longer reacting to life.
You are setting the direction of your life.
Step 1: Start With Gratitude (This Is Key)
Before getting out of bed—or even before touching your phone—take a deep breath. Stretch. Welcome the day.
Then say something like:
Next, name what you’re grateful for:
Your health
Your family
Your home
Your car (or your legs if you don’t have one)
Your strength
Your ability to keep going
Why do we do this?
Because gratitude:
Shifts your emotional state immediately
Brings peace instead of fear
Signals to the universe that you recognize the source
Opens the door for more
Gratitude isn’t weakness—it’s power.
Step 2: Speak Growth Into Your Life
Now that your energy is calm and open, say something like:
There is no perfect wording. What matters is that you feel what you’re saying.
You are acknowledging that movement is already happening, even if you don’t see the full results yet.
Step 3: State What You Expect (Keep It Real)
Next, say:
Then finish the sentence with what you desire:
A new job
A promotion
More money
A home
A car
Peace
Stability
Opportunities
Important tip: Do not overexaggerate.
Keep it believable to your mind.
If you have an interview:
Expectation is powerful. Life responds to what you expect, not what you hope for.
Step 4: Visualize It (First-Person, If You Can)
As you’re speaking, see it.
If it’s a car:
See the color
See yourself opening the door
Sit inside it
Look at the dashboard
If it’s a home:
Walk through it
See the rooms
Feel the peace
The key is to be in it, not watching yourself from the outside.
Your mind doesn’t know the difference between imagination and experience. It responds as if it’s real.
Step 5: Use Images to Reinforce It
Pictures help—especially in the morning.
You can:
Put images on a vision board
Tape them to your mirror
Place them on your refrigerator
Save them on your phone
Look at the image and say:
You are infusing your intention into your day before the world has a chance to distract you.
What Not to Do
Do not:
Focus on negativity
Replay arguments
Worry about people at work
Expect problems before they happen
Instead, remind yourself:
When Things Don’t Go as Planned
If something doesn’t work out, stay calm.
Ask:
“What am I meant to learn?”
“Is this protection?”
“Is something better coming?”
“Is this just not the time?”
The moment you fall into worry, anxiety, or sadness, you pull yourself away from what you desire. Stay centered.
What You’ll Start Noticing
When you do this daily, you’ll notice:
Peaceful mornings
Smooth commutes
People being kinder
Unexpected help
Small blessings adding up
Someone buys your breakfast.
Your drive is stress-free.
Work feels lighter.
Opportunities show up unexpectedly.
And that’s when you’ll say:
Yes—it was YOU.
Say This to Seal It
End with something like:
Two minutes in the morning can change your life.
You can also do this at night, but for me, morning sets the tone.
